In-store purchases
Bring the item and receipt within fourteen days if unused and in original packaging. Staff will verify condition at the desk.
Exceptions
Opened consumables, custom-cut materials, and clearance items may be excluded as noted on the shelf card.
Refunds
Approved refunds use the original payment method where systems allow; otherwise a store credit note is issued.
Shipping
When shipping is offered, return labels follow the carrier rules printed on the packing slip.
